The hotel itself is lively, the bedroom is large. They make tasty continental breakfast. Prime location to El Popo Market.

For a 4 star hotel everything was perfect, I loved to be here. Had non-smoking room with 2 queen beds and ac, for instance for an excellent stay. Met at the lobby by very friendly and extremely polite. The restaurant was good, offered great food. Amazing service and great value.

The reason we liked it was perfect location and rooms. The hotel was in a nice area, adjacent to the airport, Centro and the Xolos stadium and other areas.

Nothing beats being in Palacio Azteca. We used shuttle service too. We appreciated that it was next door to Restaurante Mexicano, cause we prefer eating out👍❤

We will definitely go back there again, thank you very much for the pleasant stay. Everything, rooms and location are nice. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot.

The hotel is situated a short walk to every place we like, for example plaza rio tijuana. 400 feet away there is taqueria las tres salsas.
